Classic ranch gets a zesty glow-up with this allium-rich combination of labne and buttermilk—bolstered with Pahadi Pink Garlic, onion powder, and fresh chives—and lotsa tangy goodness from sumac instead of the more traditional addition of lemon juice or a splash of vinegar. Use it to dress a little gem salad with beets and radishes—or any salad really (it's especially good draped over cool wedges of iceberg)!—toss with rotisserie chicken, shredded lettuce, and veggies for a satisfying wrap filling, or use as a dip for snap peas, carrots, and whatever seasonal crudités you desire. It also makes a pretty great dipper for pizza crusts or harissa-honey popcorn chicken, if that's your vibe, too.

- To make the dressing, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth. Taste and season with more salt, if necessary. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors marry. Dressing will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
