Kashmiri Saffron
Our Kashmiri Saffron, or kesar, is grown in Pampore, Kashmir, the historic saffron capital of the world, and one of the only places in the world that produces saffron of this quality and depth. Hand-harvested each autumn with just three tiny stigmas per crocus, even a few threads are enough to turn rice, kheer, chai, or pasta golden and profoundly fragrant. If you've only ever used supermarket saffron, real Indian saffron from Kashmir is a revelation you didn't know you needed.
